Venture Clienting

Venture Clienting refers to the activities undertaken by a company acting as a Venture Client. Such a company engages in the acquisition and utilization of solutions from startups to secure a strategic advantage. This approach is grounded in the willingness to embrace the higher risk associated with startups, driven by the belief that these novel solutions offer a more effective response to strategic challenges than what’s available through existing internal or external resources.

Venture Clienting fundamentally represents the processes, methodologies, resources, and value systems through which companies strategically benefit from startups, specifically through the adoption and usage of startup solutions to enhance their competitive position.
